This vibrant watercolor painting print depicts the classic Liberty Street landscape in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. The original painting took approximately 100 hours to complete and is watercolor on paper. This print includes the Michigan Theater as well as the State Theater, which are both hallmarks of the city. This painting is very unique because the artist (an Ann Arbor native) designed the painting to include both old and new landmarks of the city. While Chipotle and other new construction shine brightly in the scene, there is a tribute to the John Leidy gift shop, which held a prominent presence in the city for over fifty years before closing in 2010. Along with the very recognizable storefronts, the bright colors and soft summer light perfectly capture Ann Arbor’s pleasant and artistic nature.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
